David Walker’s Post Barons Success

After his final season in the spring of 2019, Barons alumnus David Walker has been blessed to continue playing the wonderful game of baseball.

This past summer he joined the Sunbelt League, a collegiate summer league here in Georgia. After a couple short weeks in the prospect division, he was invited to join the Gwinnett Tide.

After summer ball, the pitcher and center fielder began preparations to head to Dayton, TN where he will attend Bryan College on a baseball scholarship. He looks forward to joining the Lyons Baseball program and beginning his academic studies.
